Account Security

Members are solely responsible for all activity on their account. Allowing any third party to use your account is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Payments on hot 9 are fully secure and fast. All major mobile banking services in Bangladesh are supported.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing using another person's mobile banking account is not permitted.
• For any deposit issues, contact support within 24 hours and keep your transaction ID handy.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 3 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number registered on your account.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete.

Hot 9 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to 200% bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the Welcome Bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount at least 10 times.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being issued.

General Bonus Policy

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, hot 9 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Hot 9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on hot 9. They are designed to ensure a fair and transparent betting environment for everyone.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet stake will be refunded.
• Hot 9 reserves the right to void any bets placed due to odds errors.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

Match Results & Disputes

• The official match result is final for all hot 9 purposes.
• Any disputes regarding results must be raised with support within 48 hours.
• Hot 9 reserves the right to withhold payment if match-fixing or irregularities are suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hot 9 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Collusion or coordinated manipulation to influence betting outcomes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Hot 9 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If an account is opened using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• In cases of irregular betting patterns or suspicious activity.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect documents are submitted.
• When a member initiates self-exclusion.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon closure, though unauthorized bonuses or disputed amounts may be withheld.

Hot 9 firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a primary source of income. With that in mind, the following tools are always available to members:
